The National Gallery of Modern Art Delhi organized an art workshop on the occasion of World disability day. Ishan and Vihan of grade 2-B and Kaustubh grade 4-D participated in this workshop and received appreciation from the organizer.



Christmas Carnival 'Pankh'
Jaypee Public School, organised Christmas Carnival on Saturday, 23rd December 2023. It was highly successful. drawing a crowd of around 3000 people. The esteemed presence of Chairperson of school Urvashi Gaur Ji Vice President Education Dr. R. S. Panwar and Principal Ms. Meeta Bhandula added splendor to the event. The festivities featured delightful activities, including a magic show by Junior Babaar, a charming puppet show, and heartening Christmas carols sung by Jaypee children. Lucky draws added excitement, showering attendees with attractive gifts. Amidst all, the joyous wings added an extra layer of delight to the festive celebration.

Special Assemblies

Jingling into Joy: Uniting in Festive Harmony, Our Assembly Echoes the Spirit of Christmas On December 22, 2023, a festive Christmas assembly was held by bringing together students for a joyful celebration. The Christmas Carol singing commenced with a burst of enthusiasm and harmonious voices as the students delivered classic carols that echoed the timeless spirit of Christmas. From "Silent Night" to "Joy to the World," each carol conveyed a sense of warmth and celebration. Followed by the Thought for the Day' on kindness. Reflecting on the significance of spreading love and goodwill. In addition to that there was a poem recitation encapsulated the essence of Christmas, narrating tales of joy, hope, and the spirit of giving.
Infusing the celebration with theatrical charm, students brought to life the magic of Christmas through an entertaining skit. The performance highlighted themes of friendship and generosity. The festivities reached a pinnacle with the Principal's heartfelt address, extending warm wishes and provided updates on upcoming events and initiatives, fostering anticipation and excitement for the future.


Mathematics Day Extravaganza: Inspiring Insights, Tricks, and Challenges! On the 26th, our assembly revolved around the theme of National Mathematics Day. It commenced with a contemplative prayer, followed by an insightful thought for the day and a brief news update to keep everyone informed. The highlight of the assembly was a compelling speech commemorating National Mathematics Day, shedding light on the significance of the subject in our lives. An engaging maths trick captivated the audience, adding a touchexcitement and a stimulating quiz was conducted, challenging the students to showcase their mathematical acumen. The assembly successfully blended information, and interactive elements to create a well-rounded and enriching experience.

Rakhi Making Competition

On 25th August Fraternity House conducted an inter-house Rakhi-making and poster-making competition on the theme of Janmashtami. The students of grades 3 to 5 participated in the competitions with great fervor and zeal. They designed beautiful rakhis using waste material thereby spreading the powerful message of recycling. They designed beautiful posters depicting the life of Lord Krishna.


Inter School Painting Competition in Heritage School, Greater Noida

JPSGN students (Shreya Singh from Grade V, Yashwardhan Pandey and Aarav Sahu from Grade IV, and Hitanshi Goyal from Grade III) participated in the Inter School Painting competition organized by Heritage School. All four students bagged the first prize in 4 various categories.

Summer sports camps are a breath of fresh air for children giving them a break from their regular classroom studies. Our school too organized an Intensive summer sports camp between 1st June to 21st June 2023, students were coached in Basketball, Tennis, Football, skating, basketball, Taekwondo, Table tennis, rope skipping, shooting, badminton and Chess. Their fitness and practice routine continued in full swing each morning, and the students enjoyed coming back to the school even during their summer break!
Summer sports camp was a specially crafted program designed for students during their summer vacation holidays as they come together and have fun while learning lifelong lessons that impart new skills, and foster personal growth in children, physical fitness, leadership skills, and confidence.
The exuberant learners showcased their diligence towards each planned sports activity of their choice. Around 90 students of our school and more than 10 outside students zealously participated in the sports camp.
The essence of this camp was to develop a sound character of each student & ultimately the motto was achieved. This sports Summer Camp was earnestly appreciated not only by the participants but also by their parents. The overwhelming acknowledgment through their reviews and feedback was a motivating factor for the entire JPS family.




Session 2022-23


Workshop on Road Safety by U.P Traffic Police Department

Road safety is one of the prime concerns these days. The number of fatal road accidents also increased from 347 in 2020 to 389 in 2021, a big jump of 10%. Due to careless driving, anyone can fall prey to mishaps on roads.
Keeping this in view, on 18th May, 2022, a workshop was conducted under the Road Safety Week, initiated by U.P Traffic Police where students were apprised about the traffic rules and road signs. The program commenced with the Madam Principal’s address to the students in which Ma'am forbade children from bringing their vehicles to school. If in case they use them, they must ensure that they are using battery operated vehicles and wearing helmets. If any of the students found violating the rules, a fine can be imposed.
The workshop was taken over by Sh. Rakesh Yadav, Traffic Inspector, U.P. Police. The team interacted with the students raising the issues of speed – driving, drunk driving, road rage with special mention to minor driving.They also discussed the importance of obeying traffic rules while travelling on roads.The main aim of the workshop was to sensitize students about the traffic rules and respect for one’s life. Students were also asked to be the messenger in order to inspire others to act responsibly on the road and make Indian roads the safest in the world. In the same progression, the school conducted a quiz on road safety and also a Prabhat feri activity was organized to make the people conscious about their responsibilities as a citizen. This workshop truly proved to be a productive one.



The World of Drone

From school students to industrial hotshots, everybody is into drones, with the Indian Government making it legal to fly unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or drones in the country. Drone technology is being adopted in several industries like agriculture, e-commerce, and even traffic management. Cheap, ubiquitous drones have the potential to significantly increase efficiency in several areas. Against the backdrop of the ever-increasing use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), popularly known as drones, for various applications, Aviation Aerospace conducted a 3 days workshop (The World of Drone) at Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida. Drones have become central to the functions of various businesses and governmental organizations over the past few years, and have managed to pierce through areas where certain industries either stagnated or lagged. From fast deliveries at rush hours to the scanning of an unattainable military base, drones prove to be extremely beneficial in places where people cannot or cannot function properly in a constrained period of time. About 50 registered students from classes 5th- 12th participated in the workshop. The focus of the training session was to give students hands-on experience in drone construction and flying, from concept initiation to building a drone. The training session covered the introduction and fundamentals of aviation and UAVs, drone electronics, assembly and manual construction, drone prototyping, drone simulator training, stability and control, and flight testing.

Road safety & Traffic rules Awareness program

An Online quiz through was held On 12 July, 2022 for class VII and VIII. The objective of conducting this quiz was to spread awareness regarding traffic and road safety rules. Students learned and tested their knowledge in an entertaining way i.e. by playing quizzes. The online quiz was quite helpful to get the children conscious about the road safety and traffic rules.


Space Explorers Workshop

A workshop by space organization was conducted on 4th July,2022 to offer Hands-on learning opportunities in the field of Astronomy and space science for student of grade III to VIII The workshop aimed to make students aware about astronomy, its presence and relevance in our day-to-day life and to allow students to experiment with trial and error for understanding the potential gaps between theory and practice Students were encouraged to ask questions, instigate curiosity and explore the Universe.


मिशन शक्ति

जेपी पब्लिक स्कूल ग्रेटर नोएडा में 1 जुलाई 2022 को मिशन शक्ति अभियान के अंतर्गत विद्यार्थियों में महिलाओं तथा बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा सम्मान व स्वावलंबन की भावना जाग्रत करने तथा महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए अनेक गतिविधियां जैसे पोस्टर, नारा लेखन, अनुच्छेद लेखन आदि कराए गए।छात्रों ने महिलाओं को सम्मान देने व उनकी सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए शपथ भी ग्रहण की ।



The movement gaining momentum: Save Soil

Extending support to Save Soil Campaign, a global movement for soil rejuvenation, Jaypee Public School, Gr Noida, conducted a session for senior students on 24th May, 2022. Mr. Vishal Sharma and Ms Anuradha Sharma, Volunteers of Isha Foundation acquainted students about the significance of soil and regeneration of soil using different methods. They have highlighted the slogan ‘each one, reach one’ to spread awareness. A short video was screened about the facts and the flagship ‘Save Soil’ theme song was played. The activity instantly struck a chord, which motivated everyone to support the movement by vowing to spread the word about it. To showcase the solidarity with the save soil movement our reverend Principal ma’am contributed more than 550 Save Soil posters of children and exhibited the support for preventing soil extinction. It was indeed a very informative and eye-opening session where everyone understood the importance of nurturing and preserving our Mother Earth and soil for a better tomorrow.

Precious Soil

To disseminate the information regarding the Save Soil Movement, students were encouraged to write an online letter to Prime Minister for appealing an urgent need of implementing the nation-wide policies to conserve our soil for the future generation. Students of grade VI to XII wrote the online letters and earned the certificates too. Students of grade VI to VIII made thoughtful posters and poems on nature and discerned the importance of preserving and restoring soil health. The initiative was to increase students’ interests and inclination towards protecting soil.


Ganga Quest-2022

An international quiz on Environment and Rivers
Student participated with zest and zeal in the Online National Quiz on Ganga conducted by CBSE under the aegis of Ministry of Jal Shakti and The National Mission for Clean Ganga ( NMCG) for Grade 6 to 9 on 20th May,2022.
With the fourth edition of Ganga Quest, the government wants to draw the attention of youth and school children towards rejuvenation of River Ganga and its tributaries, water conservation and ecological sustainability. The aim of this quiz contest was to raise awareness and enhance ownership of children and youth for rivers and Ganga. It was quite informative and knowledge enriching for the students.


Saving Earth with GREEN initiatives

Students of grade VII planted a sapling in school premises on 20th May,2022. They have learned about the roots which act as stabilizers and hold the topsoil in place. Students understood that planting trees is one of the most efficient ways to conserve soil and prevent degradation of soil.

Global movement to Save Soil- Thriving, living soil vital to life!

Franklin D Roosevelt once said, ‘The nation that destroys its soil destroys itself.”
Soil is one of the earth's most important natural resources. It underpins human food production systems, supports the cultivation of vegetation for feed, fibre and fuel.
Our school students participated in the month long activities in the SAVE SOIL MOVEMENT initiated by ISHA FOUNDATION which is a global movement launched by Sadhguru Ji to invoke a conscious approach to save soil and our planet.
Ms Kajol Sharma, Science Teacher sensitized the students on soil conservation. A short video was screened on 18th May, 2022 on the significance of soil. Through the videos students were briefed about the soil acidification, soil salinization and how the soil is getting contaminated because of just human activities and some ways to retain the health of the soil. Students became aware about the importance of protecting organic level of soil health.

With this beautiful thought class VI A had conducted their assembly on 18th April, 2022 on the theme-IT’s Our World, Take Care Of It! Through a skit students presented the callous attitude of individuals had placed an immense environmental burden and their views on how to save our planet from destruction. Students took a pledge to make earth cleaner and greener. They urged everyone to adopt small steps on regular basis to protect our environment for future.
